7 Skids for North Africa.

At the very end of 2019 Enhydra was awarded a contract by Expro for use at one of the oldest and largest oil fields located in North Africa. The award was to design and supply various water treatment packages on a fast-track fit for purpose basis. The purpose of the equipment was to remove oil and suspended solids from the produced water to levels where the water was suitable for reinjection into a well.

Enhydra designs an integrated sand jetting system for a new FPSO

Working with multiple systems integrators and large equipment vendors Enhydra has been  responsible for the integration of a complex online sand jetting arrangement on a new FPSO.  Enhydra received 4 separate purchase orders, providing online sand jetting for the HP, MP and LP Separators, the Electrostatic Coalescer, the Produced Water Treatment Train and the Closed Drain Vessel.  All vessels operate in different areas of the FPSO with different process conditions and different elevations.  The integrated online jetting system has been designed with a combination of eductors that enhance a slurry transportation system that takes all the solids to a single collection and sand cleaning location, where it is treated using a Sand Wash Unit (SWU) with process design and internals also by Enhydra.

Rebranding of PS85 as ETL-850

Amongst our range of high performance oily water treatment products is PS85, which is a specialist oil absorption media designed to remove the tightest oil emulsions from water. As part of a program designed to provide synergy of nomenclature of products this cost effective patented technology has been upgraded and rebranded ETL-850.

2019 Summary

In 2019 Enhydra had excellent success around the world with projects destined for Kuwait, Algeria, Mexico, Indonesia, Mauritania, Vietnam, Iraq, India and Saudi Arabia.

Our specialist engineering team has provided process design and our proprietary specialist internals for Wellhead Desanders, Sandwash Hydrocyclones, LL15 Deoiling Hydrocyclones, Vortixx® CFU, Sentinel Nutshell Filters and IGFs. We have also been busy supplying our cyclonic sand jetting nozzles and our high performance PS85 media.
